We understand it was last minute but of course by taking the trip we would be putting your driver t risk and breaking the rules. We asked to cancel and be allowed to rebook for a few days. We didn’t revieve a refund (or partial refund). I understand it was last minute an of course just unfortunate but we would have loved the chance to move our trip to another day, even if just. Partial credit. But I get your policy and we missed the window so it’s fine. Thanks. anyport
